All financial information is reviewed monthly by the Associate Leadership Council. Because we are all partners, all profit and loss information is available to all associates for review and summary information is presented at the monthly Team Meetings.

| The Associate Leadership Council is comprised of the top twenty percent of the associate body in the Market Center. The purpose of teh ALC is to guarantee our associates a vehicle to provide direct input in the operation of the Market Center.
An average of twenty training courses at all levels are conducted in our state-of-art training room each month. Our training program includes a six week core curriculum for new and newer agents as well as courses to appeal to emerging and mega agents. Our enrichment courses include: marketing, prospecting, appraisals, negotiation, goal setting, business planning, mastermind groups, and motivational speakers.
